15 Rounds For Time:

5 goblet squats (70/53 or AHAP)

5 strict pullups (strict/negatives/10 ring rows)

*my first choice for scaling is that athletes do 5 slow, strict negative pullups. If they cannot do that, they should do 10 strict ring rows per round
