-Below the knee

-Above the knee
1 set= all 3 positions.

-All squat Cleans!!

-You can drop the bar and reset between the positions.

-All start positions should be from a dead stop, not a down and up movement. For example, a hang clean from above the knee will start when the lifter has come to a stop at the knee, then go. Not a sweeping movement of down then up.
