Snatch Balance (5×2)
Start with barbell and build to a moderate to heavy double.
Hang snatch/Full snatch complex (3 hang snatches + 1 full snatch)
Perform 3 hang snatches at the knee level, drop the bar and reset, then perform 1 full snatch from the floor.
Focus is on form utilizing a proper start position in the hang while pushing down to begin the lift.
