Moderate weight, using as a warm up and form builder in the bottom of your OHS position.
Snatch from low block (2-2-2-2)
Weighted bar sits on blocks and is positioned right above knee level.
Bar is positioned on blocks and sits right above knee level.
Work up in weight that you can perform singles and maintain proper form. Then use that weight for 5 singles.
