Snatch Press & OHS Complex
From the rack perform 2 snatch press and 2 OHS.
Work up to a weight that you can stick with for 3 sets.
This will be our strength work so work up to moderate/heavy weight as form allows.
3 Position Snatch
-Below the knee
-Above the knee
In this order:
You can drop and reset the bar between reps.
Work up to a moderate weight, this will be our time to work on technique work.
