Push Press (3-3-3)

Work up to a heavy set of triples. From front rack.

Clean and Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)

2 cleans and 1 jerk. work up slowly to a heavy set for the day.

Clean Pull (3-3-3)

Perform triples at 10# more than the heaviest weight you worked up to in the clean and jerks before this.
