Work up to a heavy double for the day within 5 sets. Warm ups weights don’t count as sets.

Snatch Progressions Warm Up-Oly (No Measure)

-Power position to power snatch

-Mid knee to power snatch

-Floor to power snatch

-Floor to power snatch plus overhead squat

-Full snatch

Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

Work with snatch triples focusing on form.
