Build as you go to a heaviest set of 3.
Snatch from low block
Weighted bar sits on blocks and is positioned right above knee level.
Goal is to work on form at this position in the lift.
This is a complex of:
1 squat snatch* + 1 overhead squat*
*There is a 3 second pause at the bottom in both positions.
