Heaving Snatch Balance (3-3-3-2-2)
Build gradually in weight as you go to get to a double that you can do for 2 sets.
Hang Snatch (5-5-5-5-5)
Work with a coach to determine your weight to be used for this drill. The emphasis is in that power position and focusing on using your legs more to drive the bar up.
Pause at the knee after the 1st pull position.
