Heaving Snatch Balance (3-3-3)

Moderate weight for warm up.

Snatch from low block (2-2-2-2)

Weighted bar sits on blocks and is positioned right above knee level.
Build in weight as you go, working up to a heavy double, or work on form with singles.

*Also have the option to work from the high block position. We will discuss and prescribe the best position for you to work from.

Snatch (1-1-1)

Work on a few single reps of squat snatches from the floor.
