Push Press (3-3-3-3-3)

Jerk Split Drop (No Measure)

Warm up for the jerks w/ footwork drills, step throughs, and split drops.

Clean and Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)

2 cleans and then 2 jerks. Holding onto the bar.

Build in weight as you go.
