Front Squat (3-3-3)
This will be used as a warm up and review of proper front squat/rack position in preparation for the squat clean. We will use this time for some front rack mobility work as well.
Squat Clean Thruster (1-1-1-1-1-1)
Working on squat clean form and adding in the thruster for strength. Emphasis is on the squat clean and the thruster is optional.
