Moderate weight. Working as a warm up and drill work for focusing on legs and push right from the start of the lift.

Warm-up

Push Press (3-3-3)

Light weight this is a warm up for the split jerk complex.

Jerk Split Drop (No Measure)

Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk Complex (OLY)

1 Squat Clean and 2 Jerks
Work up in weight as form allows.
