Crazy 8’s !!
Work up to a weight that is challenging, but that you can use for all 6 sets.
Clean and Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)
2 squat cleans and 1 split jerk per set. Work up in weight.
Bench Press (3-3-3)
Work up to a heavy set of triples, then do 3 sets at that.
