Heaving Snatch Balance (3-3-3)
Warm up to a set that can be used for the same weight for all 3 sets.
Hang snatch/Full snatch complex
Perform 3 hang snatches at the knee level, drop the bar and reset, then perform 1 full snatch from the floor.
We will work at a moderate weight that requires you to use your legs in this lift. This is reinforcing that power position and push with the legs instead of using arms to soon.
