Front Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Arms out front squat. Can be performed with the bar only or moderate weight. Anyone doing hatch program will do bar only for warm up and anyone not doing hatch will add weight as form allows.

Muscle Snatch

Performed with the bar for snatch warm up. Increase in weight slightly as form allows.

Snatch from low block (3-3-3-3-3)

Weighted bar sits on blocks and is positioned right above knee level.
Work up in weight or stay at same weight for 5 sets total. We may adjust height for high block snatches as well.
