The object is to complete the WOD in the fewest number of sets.

For example, for 30 Push Press if it takes you 15, 10 and 5 reps to complete the 30 , then your score is 3. The WOD is not for time you can rest between sets.

Perform the following 9 “holes” in order in the fewest possible number of sets

Straight through = 1

Par for the course = 30

RX = Par score of 30

30 Push Press 75/55 Par 3

50 KB Swings 53/35. Par 3

30 Push Ups Par 2

50 Front Squats 75/55 Par 5

50 WB Sit Ups Par 3

30 T2B or K2E Par 3

50 Wall Balls Par 4

30 Power Cleans 95/65 Par 4

50 Overhead Plated Lunges 45/25 Par 3
