Behind The Neck Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)

Build to a heavy single for the day.

*Pick one of these two heavy single movements that you want to focus on. Either a heavy single of behind the neck jerk or a heavy single of clean and jerk. Whichever you pick this week, the other you will do next week.

*Also, whichever movement you don’t pick, that movement will be used as a warm up at 60-70% range.
