Deck of Cards workout

As each card is drawn coach will call out a movement and number of reps

Hearts = Cardio

Clubs = Core

Diamonds = Upper Body

Spades = Lower Body

Example:

5❤️ = 5 burpees , mountain climbers, jumping jacks etc

10 ♣️ = 10 sit ups , wipers, flutterkicks etc

7 ♦️ = 7 HSPU, Push Press etc

Jack ♠️ = 11 Air Squats, Lunges, etc

Wod is over when all cards are gone
