Snatch press+OHS complex
1 snatch press, 2 OHS complex. (Snatch press off the back from a rack)
Warm up with the barbell to a lightweight. Take off the rack.
Hang Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)
Perform an unbroken triple as form allows without dropping the barbell.
Snatch Pull (3-3-3)
Build to over 100% of your 1RM snatch.
