3. Dumbbells Presses

4. Floor wipers holding dumbbell

5. Dumbell Lunges

6. Push Ups on Dumbbells

7. Dumbbell Thrusters

8. Dumbbell Curls with lunges

3 Times through then 1 minute rest between sets
