Heaving Snatch Balance (3-3-3)

Warm up. Then build to a moderate weight for a set of 3.

Hang Snatch

Build up slowly to a heavy single for the day. Recommendation for build-up:

5 singles @ 60% (of 1rm snatch)

5 singles @ 70%

5 singles @ 75%

Then continue to build up by 5# performing 1 rep at a time until you achieve a heavy single for the day.

**Rest approx. 1 to 2 minutes between each rep.

**The intention of slowly building up in weight is to work on building strength, while also being mindful of correct form and the positions of your body.
