Clean Progressions Warm Up-Oly
-Power position to power clean
-Mid Knee to power clean
-Floor to power clean
-Floor to power clean plus front squat
Warm up with barbell adding minimal weight as this is for positional work.
Perform 5 hang squat cleans from above the knee. Try to go unbroken focusing on pushing down and keeping the bar close.
