800 M RUN (TOWN BEACH TO HARVEYS AND BACK)

4 rounds :

10 goblet squats

20 KB swing

30 sand KB lunges or 3 stones (depending on transportation)

Optional Finisher: second 800 m run

Post wod: push ups/water sit-ups
