Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

This WOD is being done for a former member and friend, Jeff LaMura, that moved to North Carolina. He goes to CrossFit Wake Forest and a member’s son there was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma just before his 13th birthday. They have 180 people out there doing this WOD for this boy and asked if we could support the cause by doing it as well. In the caring spirit of MCCF, we absolutely will! This is for Jackson.

2 Min. Power Cleans (95/65) (115/75) (135/95)

2 Min. Kettle Bell Swings (35/26) (53/35) (70/53)

2 Min. Situps

2 Min. Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)

1 Min. Double Unders

*One partner performs 1 minute of work while the other rests. Then the other partner perform the 2nd minute of work while the other partner rests.

* ONLY 1 MINUTE OF DOUBLE UNDERS!!! One person performs the 1 minute of DU’s the first round and the other partner performs the minute of DU’s in the second round.
