2) Walking push ups

3) Bicycle crunches

4) High knee jumps

5) Scrunchies

6) Pull ups (scale as necessary)

Three times through then rest one minute

1. Burpees 1/4 turn jump

2. Dumbbell curl wall sits

3. Bicycle crunches

4. Dumbbell Squats

5. Jumping Jacks with light dumbbell

6. High plank to low plank

7. Leg raises

8. Jump Rope

3 Times through then 1 minute rest
