Bench Press, Body Weight

Clean, 3/4 Body Weight
We will do this in teams of 2 or 3.

The weight options for those that are unable to do the reccomended weight will be

Deadlift – (155/105) (185/135) (225/155)

Bench Press – (95/65) (115/85) (155/115)

Squat Clean – (75/55) (95/65) (135/95)

*Please note, to get RX you must do Linda as written. Otherwise please record the weights you used.
