All tabata rounds are 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Set a timer or work off a running clock. Each round consists of two movements. Alternate the movements until you’ve done a total of 8 Rounds (4 of each movement)

Score is total reps of all the movements at the end.

The mile run is part of the wod but not part of the score.
