Snatch (2-2-2-2-1-1)

Warm up first then increase to:

2 reps @ 70%

2 reps @ 75%

2 reps @ 80%

2 reps @ 90%

1 rep (increase by 5 or 10# until heavy single for the day achieved.

**The 2 reps do not have to be back to back you can take a rest in between!

**This can be scaled for any lifter and as always if anyone wants to strictly work on form and not increase in weight that is also an option.

Clean and Jerk (2-2-2-2-1-1)

Warm up first then increase to:
