9:00am – Elayne

10:30am – Jocelyn
Please get there BEFORE your WOD time so you can warmup. The clock will start promptly at the listed times so if you miss your time, you can do the next round.
There is a $5.00 optional donation that will go towards ALS. This is not mandatory but would be a great support. There will be an envelope on my desk for donations.
