1 snatch press, 1 overhead squat, 1 hang snatch, 1 snatch from the floor
Start with a barbell to warm up your shoulders.

Heaving Snatch Balance (5×3)

Build to moderate triple focusing on not moving your feet while locking out and a deep bottom position.
