Warm up weight at first then build to about 60% of max effort for these movements

Squat Snatch and Overhead Squat Complex (3-3-3-2-2-1)

Build to a heavy single for the day.


**Perform 1 squat snatch and then 1 Overhead Squat without dropping the bar in between movements.
