Heaving Snatch Balance (5-5-5-5-5)
Build in weight as you go or stay at the same weight and focus on getting low in the bottom position.
Squat Snatch (5-5-5-1-1-1…)
Build to a heavy single as follows:
5 @ 70%
5 @ 75%
5 @ 80%
1 @ increase by 5# each set until you build to a heavy single for the day.
Back Squat (5×5)
Warm up into a weight that can be used for all 5 sets.
