Snatch Warm Up-Oly (No Measure)
Pull/High Pull/ Hang power snatch/ Snatch push press/Overhead Squat/Full Squat Snatch
Warm up weight only. Work on correct positions while warming up for the snatch.
Squat Snatch (EMOM (see below))
2 reps x 5 @ 70%
1 rep x 5 @ 75%
1 rep x 5 @ 80@
Then build by singles to a heavy single for the day -OR- continue working with singles at 80% (or whatever you choose) focusing on form and building strength.
