4 Pistols and 15 UNBROKEN DU’s
* Our Goal sheets are in and the top movement to work on is DU’s! We will use this EMOM for skill work. Everyone works on DU’s.
If you are a master at them, then you will perform 4 pistols first and then 15 UNBROKEN DU’s.
If you trip up, you start them again!
