*Keep adding one HSPU each round until time is called.
DB Snatches (50/35)
Burpees (Over the DB)
*You may switch hands on the DB on the ground, however if you choose to switch hands in the air, athletes will only be allowed to switch hands on the way down, once the dumbbell has passed beneath eye level.
*Both sides of the DB must touch the ground.
*Feet must be kept together on the burpees, any stepping will render the workout scaled.
