4. Flutter Kicks

5. Mountain Climbers

3 Times through then 1 minute rest

40 Seconds on / 20 off

1. Jumping Squats

2. Knees to elbow (or toes to bar on floor)

3. Lunges with kettlebell

4. Walking push ups

5. Jump rope

3 times through then rest 1 minute

Bike or row hard 1 minute then do 10 sit ups
