Snatch Progressions Warm Up-Oly (No Measure)

-Power position to power snatch

-Mid knee to power snatch

-Floor to power snatch

-Floor to power snatch plus overhead squat

-Full snatch
Barbell to a light weight only.

Hang Snatch (3 – 3 – 3 – 3)

Perform hang just above knee. Try to go unbroken in the triple as form allows.
