It is time once again to give back! This Sunday we will be combining the 8am and 9am classes to continue our series of “Wodding for a Reason in Every Season”.
Together with Ellie Wiese, we will be helping out the Covenant Shelter of New London. This is a homeless shelter that runs on donations. We will be donating simple everyday items that will help these people tremendously!
Coffee (they go through TONS of coffee)
Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc…)
Twin Size Blanket (gently used is fine)
We will be collecting for a month and the bin will be in the gym. It all kick’s off this Sunday (2/19) with a combo class super fun Team WOD! The schedule will go as follows:
Completion of the WOD…..Breakfast goodies!
Be prepared for a super fun time and as always, thank you all for your kind and generous hearts, we could not do this without you!
